  • Co-developed, as one of two core engineers, the production CRM used by 30 users (sales, leaders, management) to manage 200+ leads
  • Applied secure coding: role-based access control for 5 roles with record-level ownership, validation of user-supplied links, and patching of vulnerable dependencies
  • Built the WhatsApp lead intake flow: automatic lead detection, AI replies grounded in customer and campaign context, and deterministic routing to the right salesperson
  • Built sales, campaign, and exhibition analytics dashboards with Excel and PDF exports for management reporting
  • Built a headless OCR microservice that digitizes business cards and exhibition forms into CRM contacts, reachable only from the CRM backend via API key
  • Contributed to a suite of 100+ automated test files and shipped changes through development, staging, and production environments
